Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. The best way of reaching Firefly is via phone/text or email. If we shouldn’t be able to return your call or email we will do so within 24 hours of receiving the request. Please keep in mind we do follow the Federal Holiday Schedule. When we schedule our vacation we will give you advance notice on those dates when they come around.

If your business is looking to do an implementation we will see if a PM or OBPM is needed with a Discovery Call. Once one of our services has been established, then we will start the proposal (PM Project-based) by planning, designing, and implementating. If OBM Services is the route that is taken, Firefly does require a 3-month commitment. This allows us to get acquainted with your business, and team and see how everything flows operationally.

2. Purchase one of our PLAN options that best suits your needs

3. Once PLAN packages are purchased we will do a “working meeting” free of charge to get the ball rolling. 

4. Launch we get to work for you and your business. 

5. Once you’re out of hours then you reload your Firefly “PLAN” Debit Card! 

How do we keep you updated? This is totally up to you as our client. On PM projects we will be in weekly/bi-weekly meetings to let you know how to project is going. As for maintenance virtual assistant work)  we’ll discuss methods that work well for both parties and then go from there. Rest assured, we try to make this process as easy as possible for you so you can get back to doing what you love to do.

We try to be as flexible as we can for you and your business, but we really try to stay to our model which is being a ”project management and virtual administrative support team”. We understand that projects and items do come up from time to time with our local small business owners. If this should occur this will be done on a case-by-case basis and additional charges will be deducted from your package this will include our travel time and however long it takes to do that task or project.
