CONSULTATION
Set up a free discovery call to see how we can assist and see what pain points need to be targeted. Once we feel that we are a good fit then the next step is to purchase one of our retainer PLANS.
PURCHASE YOUR PACKAGE
Once you receive your unique proposal package for your business. From there, we will schedule a one-hour working meeting to review the details of the variety of tasks that need to be completed or your project.
READY, SET, LET'S FLY
Following our working meeting, we will jump right in. You will receive weekly updates reflective of your tasks or project status updates. Along with phone call/zoom with a monthly review of the other tasks or projects.
LESSEN YOUR CHAOS PLAN
Services start at $449/mo (3 mo. commit)
Need more assistance in your business but don’t want or can’t take on that extra cost at the moment Or you’re tired of doing all those pesky administrative tasks yourself and want to hand it off to someone else to do more efficiently and effectively than yourself. Then you have come to the right place. Firefly’s VA services are uniquely designed for you and your business.
Once we have a discovery call to see if we’re a good fit, I’ll send a detailed package design for you and your business. You show us the ropes and we’ll take care of the rest. Some of what we offer in our package includes but is not limited to:

FLY IN/ FLY OUT PLAN
Plan Price: $300 | 5 Hours
This is a great plan for your business if you never have used a virtual assistant and just want to test the waters by using our “Virtual Assistant” services. Maybe you’re in need of a little bit of extra help with some light administrative work but are not sure what exactly you ultimately need at this time for your business. Our Flyin/Fly-out plan allows you to pay as you go. Use it how you want to, giving you flexibility without being month-to-month. In the meantime, our Fly-in/Fly-out Plan gives you the opportunity to test us out to see if we are a good fit and it allows you to focus on those new clients that you just signed and gives you the freedom to breathe a little easier at night. Package includes:
– 1 hour with a Kick-Off Meeting: We will dive deep into what you need for your admin services.
– Administrative Services: Use your hours however you would like to use them
– Follow-ups: Email/Phone Check-ins to see how everything is running and follow-up questions are concerns.
** Fly in /Fly out service plan does have a 6-month expiration date from the signed contract date. If Session hours are not used then hours expire. Plan hours are Non-refundable**
